I'm delighted to share that Mad Hatter's Nursery has just won its second Award from Jane Goodall's Roots & Shoots education programme for young people. The most inspiring thing is that it's a Silver Award this time - so a notch up from last year.
The award stems from my workshops Teaching Children Conservation Through Art in Spring 2019, along with the other conservation-minded activities the children of Mad Hatter's are continuing to nurture.
Jane Goodall's Roots & Shoots encourages children to implement practical positive change for people, animals and the environment, by providing teachers with free resources and activities. We're all genuinely honoured and very thankful for this acknowledgement.
